Hello everybody--Getting a little behind here.This is a Northwood's stamp and I used a circle punch and punched out just the light---The background paper I bought at Big Lots...I used just regular little jewels in the snowflake centers. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, ANOTHER beautiful creation!!!!!! The light looks so awesome against the gray!!!! Beautiful card!!!
